Motorcycle handlebar switches for race bikes Run/Stop (kill) / Starter

  
Bike Sport Developments part number - BD-SW-2B-05. This is a professional set of race bike handlebar switches in a black anodized CNC machined aluminium enclosure. Typically use for Run/Stop using the red latching switch and the black momentary switch for engine starter.

Electrical connection is via a 600mm flying lead with 4 individual wires (2 per switch). All wires are high temperature Raychem Type 55 / 24swg. Ultra slim body design of 13.5mm at the centre of the bars and 20.5mm nearer the switches. This assembly may be ordered with your choice of button colors as well as switch type, but the default ones are shown below.

Upper - RED / Latching action / open circuit when OUT, closed circuit when pushed in. Momentary action / Normally open. The machined aluminium enclosure with fully waterproof IP67 switches provide greater crash protection as well as electrical integrity.
