Made to sit between a base-layer and outer jacket, the ThermaVolt apparel is a thinner, lighter alternative to other heated products. As a mid-layer, the ThermaVolt features micro carbon fibre heated panels within the chest, back and sleeves to ensure riders get heat where needed the most. It is fitted with our Heat Reflection System, which is a very thin film on the inside of the shell fabric, that reflects heat that would otherwise be lost, back into the user.

This makes the ThermaVolt more efficient. The ThermaVolt jacket features three heat settings which are all controlled by the Merlin power unit. The Merlin controller comes with a battery level indicator. Also, riders can connect the jacket to the ThermaVolt matching midlayer trouser using a Y connector cable.
