Replacement battery provided if fault confirmed. Must be diagnosed by an authorised EBOX dealer. Battery must be recharged at least once per month during inactivity. Covers defects in motor, controller, and electrical components. Excludes standard wear & tear items (see below).

Replacement parts supplied for fitting by a qualified mechanic. BMS bypass, voltage changes, motor/controller swaps, suspension mods. Wear & Tear Items Not Covered. Tyres, brake pads & discs.

Includes riding in heavy rain, water submersion, or cleaning that exposes electrics. Follow the EBOX manual & service schedule (PDI by a qualified motorcycle technician required). Return bike to authorised Stomp Distribution dealer for inspection.

Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Damaged items must be reported immediately.
