Bead Breaker absolutely stabil even when breaking bead on a very stiff tire. No scratches on the breaker bar. Bead Breaker Tower redesigned (now the highest position is for 240mm tires).
Tower solidly welded to the base (nothing can get bend or crooked like on cheap devices that must be screwed together, where the tower is simply slid into the profile). From 14 - 21 inches.
From 80 - 240mm width (highest position). From 20mm wheel axle diameter. Brake discs up to 330mm diameter. This tool is made of steel, carefuly welded under argon shield and it is powder coated. Axle and locking pin are galvanized.Every part is always inspected by us. All places in contact with rim are protected by thick rubber.
The mounting head, BUTLER genuine partnot a fake!! With part nr, date of production, is made of special plastic (not simple PA6) and will not scratch the rim or break down. This tool has an adjustment for the bead breaker(front narrower tires and rear wider tires). Weight of the tool is arround 13Kg.

All our products are being produced in Poland and we use the original italian BUTLER mounting head. (The original head has a part number and production date).
