Vtg SCHOTT NYC Black Suede & Leather Western Fringed Jacket Coat Cowboy Short 42

  

A very cool vintage Schott Western black suede (2.3kg) fully fringed cowboy biker style jacket with embossed leather design & conchos. It is in decent vintage condition with just signs of general wear with light marking. It has no damage, heavy wear or staining. The buttons work fine, the fringe is complete and the lining is excellent.

However, a previous owner has altered the cuffs to shorten the arm length and the underside of the cuffs are now unstitched (see images 5 & 6). This alteration doesn't appear to be reversible so they might just need re-stitching. This is reflected in the price. Please see all images to get a complete picture of the condition.

The size tag reads 42. Please follow the measurements to ensure the right fit, they are in inches with the jacket laid flat. The measurements have not been doubled.

Please note the alterations to the cuffs has shortened the length so they are now quite short. Armpit to armpit - 22 1/2.

Nape of collar to hem - 28 1/2. Shoulder to shoulder - 20. Shoulder to cuff - 22. Armpit to cuff - 14.
